Terms and Conditions

By using our website to place an order for goods you confirm your agreement to our terms and conditions as set out below:

Orders

To order goods through this website you must be at least 16 years of age. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form.
We keep all personal information private, and NEVER pass on your details to other companies and individuals. We are fully compliant with Data Protection law. See our Privacy Statement.
If any of our products are faulty, please inform us and then return them within 30 days of receiving them. Upon receipt of the goods, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement, along with a refund for the carriage costs. Please ensure that returns are securely packaged and sent by an insured or signed for service.

Price and Payment

The price of the goods will be the price quoted on the website at the date the order is received and will include Value Added Tax and delivery in the United Kingdom unless otherwise specified. Prices are in (£) pounds Sterling only.
By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your credit card account, as provided on the order form.
Payment are processed securely, for Credit/Debit cards by the third-party organisation SAGE Pay. Medioil does not hold copies of your credit or debit card details on their servers.
We reserve the right, by giving you notice at any time before delivery, to increase the price to reflect any extra carriage costs to us. We will never, however, charge any extra money on a credit card without seeking your permission.

Shipping

Medioil undertakes to deliver Sn2® Borage Oil in as good a saleable condition as possible.
Unopened bottles can be stored until the best before date in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend it is stored in the refrigerator and consumed within a month.
Orders will be despatched Monday-Thursday on the day the order is received (if placed before 3.00pm)(except bank holidays), otherwise they will be despatched the following day. Orders placed after 3.00pm on Thursday will be depatched on the following Monday.

Damaged stock

If the package arrives damaged or there is any evidence of tampering please contact Medioil immediately. Medioil will arrange for a refund or replacement package as appropriate.

Cancellations

Cancellations of orders will be accepted by E-mails. If a customer wishes to cancel an order already dispatched, they must return the item/ items back to Medoil. In both cases a refund amounting to the entire cost of the order less postage will be made to the customer either by merchant card processing or a cheque provided that they have been received by us in a re-saleable condition. The items must not have been opened and any quality seals or packaging must be intact and in good condition when we receive them.
Please note that customer service is our priority and we will do our best to make sure each and every customer old and new is satisfied with our service. If you think we can improve on any aspect our service and pricing please contact us.

General

By placing an order, you are accepting that this sales transaction is to be governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
None of the above affects your normal statutory rights.

Who are we?

MediOil is the trading arm of Copper Lime Ltd., a company focused on developing science supported food supplements. Copper Lime Ltd. owns the patents and the UK registered trademarks for MediOil® and Sn2® Borage Oil. The application of high dose borage oil is protected under the global patent family (UK Patent number 2415378) entitled “The use of triglycerides oils containing gamma-linolenic residues and linoleic acid residues for the treatment of neurodegenerative disease”.

Queries and complaints.

We aim to respond to e-mailed, faxed and written queries within 24–48 hours except weekends and Bank holidays. In respect of complaints, we will consider the nature of the complaint and contact you within 21 days of the complaint giving you the result of the enquiries and what we propose should be done.

Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind about an order, please contact us and return any items within a 30-day period in a re-saleable condition. Upon receipt of the goods, and provided they are in a re-saleable condition, we will apply an immediate refund to the value of your order total less the original carriage cost. Please ensure that returns are securely packaged and sent by an insured or signed for service. We cannot be responsible for goods sent back to us that go missing in the post or that are damaged by the post and so are not in re-saleable condition.
